GM looking to speak Spanish - I can not reset

could someone tell me a GM who speaks Spanish? I have problem with my account .. I can not reset my pj .. just go for the second reset with the first pj and pj with the other and neither of those I can reset.

I speak only Spanish .. I'm using a translator:confused:

hola.. gracias por responder.. el problema es que no puedo resetear mi pj.. realice el primer reset y cuando fui a realizar el segundo.. la pagina me da un error.. quisiera saber si tienen problema con la pagina o mi cuenta se daño.. porque empece otro pj.. y ya esta listo para el primer reset y la pagina me da el mismo error.. espero respuestas:confused:..
