You can purchase the Black Transmutter from the shop and afterwards, you need to go see the officer in either green despair for converting procyon to capella or port lux for capella to procyon

can i know the name of the quest or somethign? because i have the black transmuter but it doesnt work apparently

when you are a procyon take the (HUAN) and talk to shuteberk officer in green despair
and you will become a capella. when you are a capella take the (PASTUR) and talk to Dunhike officer in desert scream and you will become a procyon.

Also you need to have all the 122 quests done, this mean war clouds quests so you can use the black transmutter

I tested it out, Fenix will make a thread about it to let people know soon.

But anyways in a nutshell, if you want to use the black transmuter you MUST have all the story quests up to level 95 ( The ones you had to do to get nation in EP2) done. Meaning you don't really need a black transmuter, you can simply do the story quest and change nation at level 95 (Tower of Sages, Divide) quest. Not sure about the quest name.
