So far I have not seen an option to bet honor/alz in pvp in the EPISODE 3 Cabal. If you do find it please tell me as well xD apparently I missed it somehow.

I guess you can do it manually through glory pots? Some people still have it =/

Their isn't a way to do it through the PvP System. That was in Ep2 :]

there isn't a betting system in EP3.
